If I sign up for Prime, can I automatically shop?
Same-day grocery delivery on Amazon.co.uk is available exclusively for Prime members, in select locations, subject to delivery slot availability. In a few regions where an invitation is required to use same-day grocery delivery, you can sign up for an invitation without a Prime membership. Once you are able to shop we will notify you and remind you to sign up for a Prime membership in order to shop. 

Who can I shop with?
We offer delivery nationally from Amazon Fresh, Morrisons, Co-op and Iceland but what’s available to you will depend on your postcode. Simply sign into your Amazon account and use the postcode checker above to see which stores are available in your region.

What is the minimum order amount to place an order?
The minimum order amount for delivery options on Amazon Fresh, Morrisons, Co-op and Iceland is £15. The minimum order amount for Click & Collect options through Morrisons is £30.

How do I get shipping at no extra cost to my Prime membership?
Shipping at no extra cost is available on select delivery windows for Prime customers through Amazon Fresh, Morrisons, Co-op and Iceland if you place an order above the threshold (£40-£60 depending on your region).

Where can I find the threshold for delivery at no extra cost to my Prime membership?
You can find your local threshold for delivery at no extra cost to your Prime membership at the top of your basket while building your order.

Are there any delivery fees for two-hour delivery windows?
Shipping at no extra cost is available on select two-hour delivery windows for Prime customers through Amazon Fresh, Morrisons, Co-op and Iceland if you place an order above the threshold (£40-£60 depending on your region). If your order is below £40, a £4 fee is applied. Orders above £40 but below £60, a £2 fee is applied. Additional fees may apply for select delivery windows.

Are one hour delivery windows available to customers?
We are currently offering the opportunity to have your order delivered in a 1-hour delivery window.

What are the fees for Click & Collect orders through Morrisons?
There is no fee for Click & Collect orders above £30.

How do I book a delivery slot?
Delivery slots can be booked up to three days in advance. Once you have completed your basket, proceed to checkout where you can select from the delivery slots available to you.

Can I make changes after I have placed my order?
In between placing your order and your order being prepared, you may add items and increase quantities. Subject to demand and availability.

What happens if I want to cancel after I've placed my order?
You may cancel your order at any point up until your picker begins packing your groceries.

Can I get alcohol delivered?
Yes you can. Valid photographic ID with a date of birth may be required upon delivery. The driver will input your year of birth into their device and may then require an ID check to complete the age verification process. ID verification will be contact-free.

How will my groceries be packed?
Your order will arrive in paper bags, that are widely recycled as part of household recycling collection systems organized by council collection schemes. Please remember, all packaging waste should be clean and dry before putting it in the recycling bin, as this will prevent contamination. How long will my order stay at the correct temperature in its packaging?
Our packaging is designed to keep your delivery at the correct temperature during transit. Please be sure to chill any perishables upon delivery.
